First off, I would like to say this was the most quickest, smoothest, pain free hair purchase that I've ever made & the best part is I received it in 4 days, how remarkable. I've never had a company to immediately reach out to me while the wig was still in my cart and asked if I had any questions, requests or concerns that prevented me from submitting the order. The customer service/chat was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Now this wig, oh my gosh...it's a beauty. Very soft, tangle free, minimal shedding and the perfect length. But Please be WARNED, it is FULL. It's soooo much hair that the density looks much greater than what is advertised.This is a huge plus for us ladies that love big, curly styles even though it may require more maintenance. I wish I would have discovered this hair company I don't know, maybe 20 wigs ago LOL. The only suggestion I would give is to incorporate more machine made-non lace wigs (different colors and textures) because some people don't wear lace fronts and i'm a bang person. Overall, GREAT JOB!! :-)

Can I make bleach knots ?
Yes,we advise you to find your stylist to help,much professionally.For the fake scalp wig and U/V part wig,you don't have to bleach them,both of them are very natural and konts invisible.
Can they be straightened, curled?
Treat the hair as if it is your own.Use a flat iron/straighrer or tongs even when fitted,but as with your own hair,never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Can I dye color the hair?
As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want.
